1. Return Eligibility

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is defective or damaged.

  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: will be credited within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.

  • Follow the return process outlined above.

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement.

  • Exchange delivery timeframe will be 7-10 days

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • For wrong and defective products the replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 days
